Surveys and polls can be embedded on your workspace:
- Login and create a user account at one of the sites listed above
- Create a poll and chose to "add to blog or website" --- copy the embed code!
- Go to edit mode of your wiki
- Chose Insert Plugin and use the HTML/ Java Script option
- Paste the embed code and click OK
